Braised Pork Rice is an absolutely fundamental part of Taiwanese cuisine that is eaten more than any other food here because of it's price, simplicity and downright deliciousness!! But.... if you look carefully there are several shops offering 'luxury' variations of the meal so in this video I hunt out a more expensive option and a MOST expensive option to see if it's possible to make this cheap and delicious dish even more delicious by increasing the price!
